CONTEST OFFICIAL RULES
1. Eligibility:
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Only legal U.S. residents at least 14 years of age who
reside and who are physically located in the U.S. (excluding its territories
and possessions) (�Eligible Territory�) are eligible to enter the Mandy Moore
�EXTRAORDINARY� Contest (�Contest�). Minors must have their parent or
guardian's express written permission to enter. Employees of The Firm
Entertainment, Photobucket Inc, Eventful Inc., My Yearbook, BuddyLube
LLC, Zen Media Group, YouCast Corporation, LLC
(herein referred to �Contest Companies� or �PCs�) and those involved in the
development, production (including prize suppliers), implementation and
distribution of this Contest and their advertising or Contest agencies, parent
companies, service providers, agents, officers, subsidiaries or affiliates, or
any other persons or entities directly associated with this Contest and members
of the immediate families and/or persons living in the same household as such
persons, are ineligible to enter the Contest.
2. How to Enter:
EVENTFUL
DEMAND
Beginning
March 7th, 2007 and ending at 11:59pm on March 31st, 2007: residents in the
Eligible Territory can �Demand� Mandy Moore (�MM�) to perform in their city
using the Eventful Demand service. Only one Demand per person is permitted. The Demands available
from the following locations:

At 11:59pm on
March 31st 2007, the top ten (10) most demanded cities are selected for the Photobucket stage of the Contest.
PHOTOBUCKET
All high
schools within the city limits of the top ten (10) cities are eligible to
create a video Qualifying Video Remix (�QVR�) that portrays why their school is
�Extraordinary� and deserves selection by MM. The QVR is limited to 5-7 minutes
with complete rules and details of the promotion at the http://mandymoore.photobucket.com. Entries created at photobucket must be submitted at http://www.myyearbook.com/demandmandy. Entries must include all information requested on the
entry form. Submissions are due April 1, 2007 through April 30, 2007. The http://photobucket.com video contest allows contestants to import images and video
footage and create a QVR. A QVR must: (1) be five to seven minutes long; (2)
use English text to tell a story or narrative either with captions or text
tools from the Photobucket Studio; and (3) portray a "photo and video
story" in which photos, videos, and text are combined to convey a story or
narrative. An entrant may submit no more than 5 QVRs
per day.By submitting a QVR for the
Contest, entrant agrees to abide by and be bound by these Contest Official
Rules and any decision PCs make regarding any matters relating to the Contest,
including whether submissions qualify as QVRs.
All decisions made by MM or its designees shall be final and binding.
PCs reserve
the right to disqualify from the Contest and to prosecute to the fullest extent
permitted by law, any entrant who, in PC�s reasonable suspicion, tampers with
any of PC�s sites, the entry process, the Contest, violates these Contest
Official Rules, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.By
entering the Contest or accepting any prize, each entrant consents to PC�s use
of his or her name, photograph and/or likeness, address, voice, and statements
made by or attributed to him or her, in perpetuity, in any and all media now
known or hereafter developed (including, without limitation, print, broadcast,
and Internet), for all business purposes including advertising and promotional
activities without additional compensation, notice or approval, unless prohibited
by law. By entering the Contest, each entrant warrants that he or
she is the sole owner of the subject matter shown in the QVRs,
including all visual components, or has all permissions necessary to use the
subject matter shown in the QVRs, and further
warrants that the QVRs do not contain subject matter
considered by entrant's place of business or any other third party to be
confidential, and that the QVRs do not infringe or
violate the rights of any third parties. Each entrant grants PCs
a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid up, transferable,
sub licensable license to copy, use, modify, display and otherwise exploit his
or her entry and QVR (including all copyrights, trademarks, design rights,
moral rights and all other intellectual property rights embodied in such ideas
and submissions for any and all purposes in any and all formats, including for
posting on PCs� website and for use in PCs� marketing collateral. Each entrant
waives any moral rights he or she may have in his or her entry or QVRs.All QVRs
submitted shall be subject to PCs� standard Terms and Conditions.
3. Prize for Winning QVR:
� MM selects the one high school (the �Winning High School�)
that best illustrates why their school is �Extraordinary� and performs live at
Winning High School on a mutually agreed upon date between PCs and the Winning
High School (�the Prize�). The announcement of the selected school is
made by May 15th, 2007.
� PCs communicate directly with the administration of the
Winning High School and coordinate the logistics of the performance. PCs
reserve the right to cancel the performance and/or select another school.
�
Winners
are solely responsible for all taxes and/or fees that may be incurred. All cash
winners are required to verify proper and legal picture identification and
Social Security number within 30 days of notification of winning the cash
prize. Winner may forfeit any and all cash winnings if verification cannot or
has not been made within 30 days. Upon proper verification, cash winnings will
be awarded by check, and mailed to winner's mailing address within seven (7)
business days.
�
Each
prizewinner must supply Buddylube, LLC with his/her legal name, mailing
address, birth date, daytime and nighttime telephone
numbers. In the case of a cash winner, winner must also supply social security
number.
�
Winners
may not request substitutions of prize winnings. All winners are solely
responsible for any and all taxes and/or fees, and all such additional costs
that may be incurred.
�
Neither
Buddylube, The Firm, Mandy Moore, My Yearbook, Photobucket, Eventful, Xanga,
any clients/sponsors/vendors of aforementioned, nor employees of aforementioned
or sponsors may be held liable for any warranty, costs, damage, injury, or any
other claims incurred as a result of usage of any winners of a prize once
possession has been taken of the product by winner. Buddylube nor any of it's partners, clients, vendors or sponsors are not liable
for any loss arising out of or in connection with or resulting from any contest
promoted by Buddylube.

If
the specified prize becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances,
Buddylube may substitute a prize of like or equal value.
�
Management,
employees and families of Buddylube are prohibited from winning any prizes
awarded by Buddylube.
� Buddylube reserves the right to alter any
rules of any contest at anytime. If you have any questions or complaints about

4. Disclaimers:
By submitting a QVR, entrant hereby represents and warrants to PCs that (i) entrant is over eighteen (18) years old; (ii) entrant
has the unrestricted right to the QVR and all material therein (�Material�),
including but not limited to any and all musical, textual, graphic and
audiovisual elements therein, and valid and binding releases from all persons
appearing in the [video] or their parents or legal guardians; (iii) entrant is
a United States citizen and otherwise eligible to receive the Prize; and is
solely responsible for any and all taxes, delivery costs and other charges
associated with the Prize; (iv) the QVR and Material is not libelous,
defamatory, obscene, offensive or otherwise objectionable and does not infringe
the copyrights, trademarks, rights of privacy or publicity or any other rights
of any person or entity; (v) PCs are not obliged to pay entrant or any third
party any monies in connection with the use or exploitation of the QVR or
Material; (vi) entry in this contest is not prohibited in any applicable state
or jurisdiction; and (vii) entrant hereby indemnifies, defends and hold
harmless PCs, its affiliates, sponsors, subsidiaries and their respective
officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives from and against any
and all costs, damages, losses, claims and other liabilities and amounts
arising out of, resulting from or otherwise in connection with your breach of
the foregoing representations and warranties, the Contest Official Rules, or
entrant�s activities or omissions in connection with this Contest.
